Don’t Drink … Gamble!

If you enjoy a drink from time to time, leave your money out of the casino if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your pocketbook, your billfold, and keep all money, credit cards and checkbooks out of the casino. Take whatever cash you intend to spend on beverages, tipping and few dollars you expect to burn and leave the remainder behind.

Contemptuous? Not really. Just realistic. You could have a win following a boozy night out with your compatriots and be blessed enough to catch a 25 minute roll at a hot craps game. Keep that adventure because it is as brief as it gets if you continually drink alcohol and gamble. These activities just don’t go well together.

Keeping your moola back at the hotel might be a tiny bit dramatic, but preventative actions for dramatic actions is compulsory. If you play to profit, then do not consume alcohol and bet. If you like to burn your assets without a concern, then consume all the gratis alcohol you are able to handle, but do not pack charge cards and chequebooks to toss into the mix of chasing squanderings after your inebriated brain loses all the cash!

Allow me to take this one step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then head on the internet to gamble in your favorite casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the comfort of my house, however considering that I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards near by, I can not drink alcohol and bet.

What’s the reason? Although I do not drink alcohol to excess, once I drink alcohol, it’s absolutely enough to cloud my better judgment. I wager, so I don’t drink when betting. If you are more of a drinker, do not wager at the same time. The two mix up for an awful, and crazy, cocktail.
